We are able to provide various pieces of equipment following an assessment from the rehabilitation Officers in Social Care. A request has to be made via Pembrokeshire County Council’s contact centre on 01437 764 551. This information will be passed to the Rehabilitation Officers and the equipment can then be assessed for. Examples of the equipment we are able to provide are talking clocks, telephones and white sticks.
